Yes this is correct. There are bad quality products in China the same as anywhere else in the world. However, there are also excellent quality products in China. We at PiD ONLY EVER deal with manufacturers producing the best quality products.
This is why PiD was created. It is very difficult to deal with Chinese manufacturers from abroad as a foreign company. There are many misunderstandings. PiD is a Chinese company and therefore can sign contracts between Chinese to Chinese companies which are much more strict and enforceable.
It varies depending on the type of product and quantities but is usually around 28 days.
By sea freight in full containers it takes around 25 days.
By sea freight in full containers it takes about 12 days.

Yes. We have French and Czech companies you could contract with.
PiD arrange all the shipping documentation on your behalf.
Generally 30% deposit on signing the Purchase Order and the balance once the container is loaded onto the ship. For our larger, regular clients we negotiate different payment terms.
PiD send you regular production reports and/ or videos during the manufacturing process and especially on packing and loading. If you still have doubts you are welcome to send someone to China at any time during the manufacturing process or to witness container loading.
All cargo is fully insured for these very rare eventualities.
We generally work in USD but for larger orders can negotiate other major currencies.
